Terms of Use
Effective 31 October 2026. These terms are between you and Owais Builds, the maker of Nimbo. By using Nimbo you agree to them.
The service
Nimbo teaches cloud computing through short lessons, quizzes and games. Lessons describe products from Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure and others. Nimbo is independent and isn’t affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by any of them. Product and certification names belong to their owners.
Learning, not advice
We check every question against the official documentation linked to it, but cloud services change often. Nimbo is a study aid: it doesn’t guarantee you’ll pass an exam, and it isn’t professional advice for running real systems. Always check the official docs before changing production infrastructure.
Your account
You need to be 18 or older. Keep your email account secure, because it’s how you sign in. Choose a league name that isn’t offensive, misleading or someone else’s; we may change or remove names that break this rule.
Fair play
Don’t cheat leagues (for example with modified apps or automated lessons), attack or overload the service, or copy our content to republish it. We may remove XP, reset leagues or close accounts that do.
Nimbo Pro
Nimbo Pro is an auto-renewing subscription sold through Google Play. Prices are shown before you buy. A free trial, when offered, converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Manage or cancel any time in Google Play, Payments and subscriptions. Refunds follow Google Play’s policies. Deleting your account doesn’t cancel a subscription.
Our content
The lessons, questions, mascot, sounds and design of Nimbo are ours. You can use them for your own learning.
Changes and ending
We may change or stop features. You can stop using Nimbo and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Liability
Nimbo is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses, or for decisions you make based on lesson content. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
