Delete your Nimbo account

In the app (instant)

1. Open Nimbo and go to Profile.
2. Tap the settings icon, then Delete account at the bottom.
3. Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Delete everything.

Your account and data are deleted immediately.

By email

If you can’t open the app, email Show email address from the address you sign in with, with the subject “Delete my Nimbo account”. We’ll delete it within 30 days, usually much sooner, and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

Your sign-in and email, your Nimbo name, your course, goal and saved progress, every finished lesson, your league memberships and XP, and your subscription status on our side. Backups roll off within 30 days.

What stays

Anonymous totals that can’t identify you, such as the number of lessons finished this week, and the text of any question reports you sent, with your account removed from them.

If you subscribed to Nimbo Pro, cancel it in Google Play (Play Store, Payments and subscriptions). Deleting your account doesn’t cancel a Google Play subscription.
