Something wrong with a question?
Tap the flag on the answer ribbon during a lesson and pick a reason. It comes straight to us with the question attached, and fixes ship within days.
Sign-in codes
Codes expire after a few minutes and only the newest one works. Check your spam folder, then ask for a new code.
Drops and streaks
You lose a drop for each wrong answer in a lesson, and one refills every 5 hours. Practice earns one back. A streak freeze covers one missed day automatically; you can hold two.
Subscriptions
Nimbo Pro is managed by Google Play: Play Store, Payments and subscriptions. To restore Pro on a new phone, sign in with the same Google account and tap Restore on the Pro screen.
